🌸 Return Policy for Headley Flower Farm (U.S.)

At Headley Flower Farm, we’re passionate about bringing you fresh, beautiful flowers that brighten your day! We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’re here to help if there’s an issue with your order.

1. Fresh Flower Arrangements & Bouquets:

  • Non-Refundable: Since our flowers are perishable, we aren’t able to offer refunds on fresh arrangements or bouquets.

  • Our Promise: If your flowers arrive damaged or not looking their best, let us know within 24 hours of receiving them. We’ll make it right with a replacement, credit, or refund once we see the photos and review the issue.

2. Event & Custom Orders:

  • Unique Creations: Because our custom designs and event florals are made just for you, they’re non-refundable.

  • Cancellation Policy: Refunds are available only if the order is canceled at least 30 days prior to the event date. After this period, refunds cannot be issued, as materials and resources have already been allocated.

3. Trail Shop & Bloom Bar Purchases:

  • Final Sale: All purchases made at the Trail Shop and Bloom Bar are final. Since you get to handpick your blooms, we can’t offer returns or exchanges. Please take a moment to inspect your selections before you leave—we want you to love your flowers!

4. Workshops:

  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Workshop tickets are non-refundable, as spots are limited and materials are prepared in advance.

  • Exception: Refunds will be issued only if the workshop is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions. In such instances, participants will be offered a refund.

  • No-Shows: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credits for no-shows, as materials and resources have already been prepared.

  • Provide Details: Please include a photo and a brief description of the issue.
